  The manager (general manager) helped me with an issue on pump 1. My girlfriend had tripped over the pump and broken the handle off. When i went inside, and after going through one so-so employee i reached management. He was SO helpful and kind. His main concern was that my girlfriend was okay, and then second the pump. Its rare to find QUALITY management that CARES and is good with people. This man deserves an award. I have been managing branches og fortune 500 companies for 2 years now and thus i know the number of bad managers out there. Finding a good manager is like striking gold, and this pilot struck gold. Managers name was Rob (medium set, short grayish/blonde hair - asked for GM and hot him) - ignore the negative comment about rob below. Obviously some angry trucker who just didnt get what he was expecting. You can tell when someone has that 'it' factor and hes got it
